Terms and Conditions

Effective January 1, 2026

Quality Aliso Viejo Insulation Services, alisoviejoinsulation.com, office@alisoviejoinsulation.com

Agreeing to these terms

These terms cover your use of the Quality Aliso Viejo Insulation Services website and any work you book with us. By using the site, asking for a quote or scheduling a job, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or book work through it.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our crew" mean Quality Aliso Viejo Insulation Services. "You" means the person using the site or the property owner or tenant who books the work. You can head back to the home page at any time, or read about our company for more on who we are.

What we do

We're an insulation contractor in Aliso Viejo, CA, and we work in the cities around it. Our services include attic, wall and crawl space insulation, blown-in and spray foam insulation, insulation removal, air sealing and vapor barriers for homes and commercial buildings.

The pages on this site explain our work in general terms, so they can't promise a result for your particular house. What we'll actually do on your job is what's written in your estimate or agreement. Every house is different, and we often learn things only once we're up in the attic or under the floor.

Estimates and pricing

We give free quotes on site, with no pressure to book. A quote is based on what we can see and reach during the visit, such as the size of the area, what's already up there and how easy it is to get to.

If we find something during the job that the quote didn't account for, such as wet or contaminated old insulation, pest damage, unsafe wiring or framing problems, we'll stop and tell you before doing extra work. Any change in scope or price is agreed with you before we go ahead. Prices on a written quote hold for the period stated on it, and if none is stated, we may update them before the work is scheduled.

Scheduling, access and cancellation

Once you accept a quote, we'll set a date that works for both of us. Weather, material supply and conditions found on earlier jobs can move a start date, and if that happens we'll let you know as early as we can.

On the day of the job, please give our crew clear access to the attic hatch, crawl space or work area, and keep kids and pets away from it. For spray foam and some other materials, there's a re-entry time, meaning the hours before you can safely come back into the space, and you agree to follow the instructions our crew gives you on that.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call or message us as soon as you can. Cancellation terms, including any charge for materials already ordered or work already started, are those stated in your estimate or agreement.

Payment

Payment amounts, due dates and accepted payment methods are set out in your estimate or agreement. Unless that document says otherwise, the balance is due when the work is complete.

If a payment is late, we may pause further work until it's settled. You're responsible for reasonable costs we incur to collect an unpaid balance, to the extent California law allows.

Warranties and what we don't promise

We're licensed and fully insured, and we stand behind our workmanship. If something about our work isn't right, tell us and we'll come out to look at it and make it right where the problem is ours.

Insulation materials carry the maker's own warranty, and that warranty comes from the maker, not from us. We pass along the maker's terms and follow the maker's instructions for installing them.

Apart from what's written in your agreement, we don't promise any particular drop in your power bill, indoor temperature or comfort level, because those depend on many things outside our work, such as your heating and cooling system, windows, how the house is used and the weather. The information on this website is general and is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent California law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost use of your home or lost income, arising from our work or from use of this website.

We also aren't responsible for conditions that existed before we arrived and that we didn't cause, such as hidden roof leaks, mold, pest damage or faulty wiring, though we'll tell you about anything we notice. Where we are liable, our total liability for a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Settling a disagreement

If you're unhappy with anything, please call us at (949) 619-8040 or reach us through our contact page first. Most problems get sorted out quickly when we can talk them through and come back out to look.

If we can't resolve it together, either of us may take the matter to the courts in Orange County, California, including small claims court where the amount qualifies.

Governing law

These terms and any work we do for you are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and changes take effect when they're posted on this page. The terms in place when you sign an estimate or agreement apply to that job.

If you have a question about these terms, get in touch through our contact page or call (949) 619-8040. We're available Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 9 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 6 AM to 9 PM, and we respond within 1 business day.
