Insulation contractor in Aliso Viejo since 2013

Spray foam insulation coats the sloped roof and walls of an attic around exposed wooden framing and a loft platform.

From hauling hose to running the crew

I started as a helper on a small insulation crew, hauling hose and bags up into hot attics and learning from people who were fussy about the details. In 2013 I opened Quality Aliso Viejo Insulation Services as an insulation contractor in Aliso Viejo, and I still climb into most attics myself because that's where you find out what a house actually needs.

Most of our calls come from homeowners with hot upstairs rooms or a power bill that keeps climbing, plus a few property managers. What I care about is the order of the work, because insulation laid over a gap or a damp spot just hides the problem. I'd rather tell you a job isn't worth doing than sell you something you don't need, and if the real trouble is a roof leak or old insulation that looks suspect, I'll say so and point you to the right trade instead of working around it.

What you can count on when we're in your attic

These are the habits we bring to every attic, crawl space and room over the garage. You'll find the full list of what we work on at our home page.

Gaps sealed before any insulation goes in

We close the gaps around can lights, pipes and the attic hatch first, so the new insulation isn't fighting a draft. Then we keep the eave vents clear so the attic can breathe, and we lay the coverage even out to the edges, where it's usually thinnest.

The person who looks is the person who plans

I come out to see your job myself, and our own crew does the work, so nothing gets lost between what I found and what gets installed. We're licensed and fully insured.

An estimate you can compare line by line

Your estimate breaks out the prep, the sealing and the insulation as separate lines. That way you can set it next to another company's quote and see what each one actually includes.

How a job goes from your call to a finished attic

Each step comes when it does for a reason, so here's the order we follow.

  1. Call or send us a message

Reach us at (949) 619-8040 or through our contact page, any day of the week. We get back to you within one business day to set a time to come out.

  2. I look at the space in person

I check how many inches are already up there, how old the house is, and whether the old material is soaked or full of droppings, because that decides what has to happen first. The estimate is free, I write down what I find, and there's no pressure to book.

  3. We check the permit with the city

Permit questions belong to each city's building office, so we ask them about your job before we start. When a permit is needed, we take care of it.

  4. Our crew does the work in order

Anything damaged comes out first, then the gaps get sealed, then the new insulation goes in, because each layer only works if the one under it was done right. We clean up as we go, walk you through what's up there when we're done, and stand behind it with satisfaction guaranteed.

Find out what your attic needs

Knowing how much is up there and where the air gets in tells you whether the job is worth doing before you spend anything.

If you're not sure your attic needs anything at all, send us a note and I'll tell you what I'd do.
